Actus Lend Lease named Green Developer of the Year in Hawaii Prestigious award recognizes the innovative design and new technologies Actus Lend Lease is implementing at both Army Hawaii Family Housing and Hickam Community Housing.

Innovative design and new technologies have earned Actus Lend Lease Green Developer of the Year recognition at the second annual Who’s Keeping Hawaii Green event sponsored by PacificBasin Communications. Actus will be recognized for its achievements with implementing environmental, social and economic sustainability initiatives at its Army Hawaii Family Housing and Hickam Community Housing projects.

Who’s Keeping Hawaii Green aims to raise awareness on sustainability issues, inspiring our community to take part in preserving our environment by fostering sustainable behavior in how we live, work and play. PacificBasin Communications produces a supplement recognizing those who put forth efforts to keep Hawai‘i green.
