2008Actus named Hawaii’s Green Developer of the Year at the second annual Who’s Keeping Hawaii Green event, sponsored by PacificBasin Communications. This prestigious award recognizes the innovative design and new technologies Actus Lend Lease is implementing at both Army Hawaii Family Housing and Hickam Community Housing.

2007Actus Lend Lease and the US Department of the Army reach financial close on US$30 million project. The Timbers is the first single solider housing privatization project for the US Department of Defense and involves the construction and development of 192 new apartments for single and unaccompanied Fort Drum soldiers.
Actus Lend Lease is selected as master developer for the privatization of Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (Arizona), and Holloman Air Force Base (New Mexico)-Soaring Heights Communities.
Actus Lend Lease selected as preferred bidder by the US Air Force for the development of family housing at three key Air Force installations in California and Colorado. Tierra Vista Communities is comprised of Los Angeles Air Force Base (California) and Peterson and Schriever AFB (Colorado).

2006Actus Lend Lease selected to enter exclusive negotiations with the Department of the Navy for Phase II of community development at Marine Corps Installations Camp Lejeune and Cherry Point.
Actus Lend Lease receives 2005 Project Finance Award for the best public-private financing in North America for Army Hawaii Family Housing project, the only military housing privatization project to have ever received this highly prestigious award.

1999Lend Lease acquires Boston Financial and resources Actus Lend Lease with national residential asset and property management personnel and infrastructure (Lend Lease Residential).
Lend Lease acquires Bovis and provides Actus Lend Lease with a national project management support platform.
Lend Lease forms Actus Lend Lease with the acquisition of Actus Corporation's MILCON and technical service construction management business, and augments this business with professionals from Lend Lease Design and Lend Lease Development.
