Marc Sierra
Managing Director
Actus Lend Lease | Marc Sierra is Managing Director, Public Private Partnerships – Department of Defense, Actus Lend Lease. As Managing Director, Marc is responsible for overall Actus Lend Lease business unit leadership. Previous roles for Marc at Actus include Executive Manager, Portfolio Management, SVP Portfolio Management, Director of Asset and Property Management, and Senior Program Development Manager at Army Hawaii. Marc graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and earned a BS in Behavioral Science and Engineering. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and served with the both the 82nd Airborne Division and the 10th Special Forces Group. Marc has been with Actus for 10 years. |

Phillip Carpenter
Executive General Manager, Operations
Actus Lend Lease | As the Executive General Manager, Operations for Actus Lend Lease, Phillip Carpenter is responsible for all Asset, Property and Facilities Management activities across the business, to include Capital Repair & Replacement. In this capacity, Phillip also has oversight of Facilities Management strategy for the Public Private Partnership (PPP) (Other Government Agencies) efforts for Lend Lease Americas. In addition, Phillip oversees projects in or approaching out-year stabilization including Fort Hood, Fort Campbell, Fort Drum and Fort Knox. Phillip has served in several roles for Lend Lease Americas including Corporate Director of Safety and as Director of Operations. Phillip has over 28 years of experience in supporting the United States Department of Defense in these type operations and has been with Actus for five years. |

Bruce Anderson
Executive General Manager
Actus Lend Lease | Bruce Anderson serves as Actus Lend Lease Executive General Manager, Development. In this role, Bruce oversees all development activities in the business and is responsible for all post award transactions in the Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI) to include new projects and opportunities coming off the existing portfolio. Bruce has oversight on projects that are early in their Initial Development Plans including Fort Wainwright/Fort Greely, Camp Lejeune, Tri-Group, and ACC2 . He is also responsible for Environmental Management, Utilities and is the Sustainability Executive in the Actus Lend Lease business. |

Michael Younge
Vice President of Finance, Asset Management
Actus Lend Lease | As Vice President of Finance, Asset Management, Michael Yonge is responsible for accounting and financial reporting oversight for Actus Lend Lease’s MHPI Projects and financial review and reporting of MHPI Portfolio performance. In addition, Michael oversees the finance operations for Actus Lend Lease’s Public Private Partnership (PPP) offerings. Michael received his B.S. in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University; Hammond Louisiana is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the Association for Financial Professionals. Michael has been with Lend Lease for five years, overseeing the finance operations of the Actus portfolio of projects. He has over 20 years experience in the Real Estate industry with specific focus in Property and Asset Management. |

Brenda Christman
Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing
Lend Lease, Americas Region | Brenda Christman is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Marketing for Lend Lease’s Americas region. Brenda has over 15 years of experience in marketing, branding, public and media relations in business sectors such as real estate, retail development, and hospitality. In her current role, she oversees strategic marketing and communications efforts for U.S. business development initiatives, Actus Lend Lease, Investment Management and the development projects.

Andy Douglas
General Manager, Business Development
Actus Lend Lease | Andy Douglas is the Actus Lend Lease General Manager of Business Development, Public Private Partnerships Department of Defense. As General Manager of Business Development, Andy is responsible for leading successful Actus proposal efforts. Previous roles for Andy at Actus include Business Development Director, Vice President of Development Operations and Development Manager. Andy graduated from Brock University, in St. Catherines, Ontario, Canada and Ryerson Polytechnic University in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, earning a BA in Business Economics and Landscape Architecture respectively. Andy joined Bovis Lend Lease in 1994 and has thirteen years of commercial construction project management experience and has spent the last five years working with Actus Lend Lease. |

Richard G. Hawes
Executive Manager - Hawaii
Actus Lend Lease LLC | Dick Hawes oversees all Actus operations in Hawaii. The two major projects are Army Hawaii Family Housing and Hickam Community Housing. Dick has over 30 years of experience with construction and facilities management, most recently as the Chief Facilities Officer/Director of the Montgomery Public School System in Rockville, Maryland where he was responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of a system-wide facilities master plan. Prior to that he was Branch Chief, Facilities and Support Services, for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Washington D.C. and he worked for the Baltimore County School System as well as Whiting-Turner Construction Company, Baltimore Gas & Electric and the Bechtel Incorporated. Dick has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, and an M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore and he is a licensed professional engineer. |
